After each training, participant has an opportuntity to involve in the process of implementation of the acquired skills that is being coached by FranklinCovey facilitator or consultant. After each training, participant receives an invitation to participate in the online forum of the training programme - on this FranklinCovey Lithuania website. Therefore each participant has an opportunity of exchange of ideas and guidance with facilitator as well as other participants of FranklinCovey training.
